Description

This is an old and largely unknown pioneer cemetery. Not sure about the Street address as there is a new development (Rosedale) being built around it. I know it is built on what is termed \"San Felipe Hill\". It is technically considered within the City of Glendora. To get to the location, look for the Dhammakaya International Meditation Center, located at 865 E. Monrovia Place, Azusa, at the intersection of Palm Drive and Monrovia Place. From Palm Drive and Monrovia Place, follow Monrovia Place east into the old Monrovia Nursery, about 1/4 mile on a gravel road, and look to the left and up. On San Felipe Hill, above the nursery, you will see the entrance gate to the cemetery. You can drive up to the gate at the end of a gravel road. Although the gate itself is locked, room for a single person to walk around it has been deliberately provided on the right side. I have placed the pin in the middle of the cemetery.
